These terms govern your use of Learning Copilot. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the child you add.
Accounts
You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for keeping your login details and your child's PIN secure.
The service
Learning Copilot provides AI-assisted learning activities aligned to the UK curriculum. Content is generated automatically and, while we work hard to keep it accurate and age-appropriate, it may occasionally contain errors. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal education.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans begin with a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything other than its intended educational purpose.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
